Motion graphics are graphics that use video footage and/or animation technology to create the illusion of motion or rotation







This image really demonstrates
 motion graphics because when look at this image it gives the illusion that the tiger is running at you.  The photo realism is impeccable and spot on with the movement of the tiger.

The motion graphics in this image defines motion graphics because the graphics are actually moving in this image.  However, This image is not just doing one effect it is changing the effect up which gives it a very unique effect.

This image caught our attention due to the fact that the image moves just like the first one.  This is more simplistic however it still takes motion graphics to a new and artist level.  We really liked the concept of the lights coming out of the box and twirling at the same time.  It adds a level of difficulty and creativity.

This image takes a different take on motion graphics because even though it is just a girl.  There are multiples surrounding the main vocal point giving the motion illusion around the main girl.  When you really look at this image you can see the motion effect this artist went with.  That is why this image really caught our attention.

Scan Lines- CAN/AM

Definition:

A scan line or scanline is one line, or row, in a raster scanning pattern, such as a line of video on a cathode ray tube display of a television set

 

This image stood out to us because, at first glance this image looks simplistic.  However, it really defines the definition of scan lines due to the multiple lines in a row.

When you first glance at this image you may only see five defined lines.  However, when you look closely you can notice the scan lines through out the whole image.  The abstraction feel to this image really caught our attention.

After we read over the definition we came across this image that was the epitome of scan lines. Due to our definition describing this image in words.  This is why this image caught our attention.  When you look at this image more in depth you can really see the lines on the tv that stand out.
