Abstract Graphs


Graphs are abstract; they do not pretend to be a realistic picture. The purpose of abstract graphs is to project in the mind an image that supports imagination. These graphs are simple mental diagrams. However boundaries between graphs and maps are blurring and it’s sometimes difficult to tell the difference.
