Pointing Fingers - Team Kryptonite

Pointing fingers were originally intended to indicate direction. Some cultures believe that this could be rude or offensive.

In the early 1900's, the pointed finger was used on many war recruiting posters. "We want you" became and additional meaning to this gesture.

Later in 1911, a beverage company used this technique to advertise their popular drink, Moxie. This gave the pointed finger a commanding meaning.

Now, pointing fingers has many meanings and is used for different things. Such as the cursor on any  computer.
